Weekend mood
What do I want to talk about? I started thinking about my weekend, and I really need to get by bike back. Alonso, the friend who I live with (well I don't live just with him, I live with his entire family! But our families has been friends forever so they are like real family to me) take a ride with my precious (my bike, show you some pictures later), and left her (yeah, I'm referring to her like a she, and not an it) on a friend's house because the pneumatic bike went deflated! 😔 So, I asked him to get it back (for like, the third time) cause I really wanted to use it and move the body a little, exercising, whatever that activates me.So I make some research, and there are some nice routes in Santiago or near. The first one is the route of Lo Vásquez
It is a route of 129.01 kilometers where you arrive from Santiago to Valparaiso by bike. All the people do this route during the night to avoid heat and dehydration. You can start from home or where the route 68 begins (subway station Pajaritos). It's like 8-9 hours riding in a relaxed step, if you don't stop it can be 6 hours or less. It is very cold at the eraly morning, so do not underestimate the cold! It's important to wear many layers of clothing, gloves, hat, etc.; and to have front and rear lights.Sounds like a good idea! A friend make Lo Vasquez once. But definitely not the kind of plan for today's weekend. Maybe later The other route I liked was "Parks of Mapocho river", of 24,73 kilometers.
it's a ride through the parks that remain on the banks of the Mapocho river, from Parque Bicintenario to the commune Quinta Normal. It is an easy, but pleasant route.
I think I'm going for that one. What a shame that class time is running out! With so much reaserched the time was not enough for writting about the other places! And now a picture with my precious, the day delivery arrived and I met her.

ResponderEliminarI really like ridding bike but since I don't live in Santiago, every distance from my house to anywhere is far far away so I never ride :( the only time I do it is when I go to la Sierra jiji
